Employment Opportunities

English-speaking interviewers. SRO hires both student workers and extra help workers from the community as telephone interviewers. Those hired must have the capability of interviewing in conversational English. We also use these interviewers to assist in data input and in mail-out survey preparation. At times, we hire specifically for the data input and mail preparation positions.

Spanish-speaking interviewers We also hire interviewers who can conduct interviews in Spanish. If you are fluent in both Spanish and English, and are interested in working with the SRO, please contact Mark Winland at 206-6591.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position involves contact with the general public on behalf of the University of Illinois and the Survey Research Office's Clients. This position involves interviewing members of the general public, as well as specific publics (i.e. client customers, people in a particular occupation etc.)
