About Center Publications/Illinois Issues

MISSION

Center Publications, a unit of the Center for State Policy and Leadership, publishes scholarly resources and journalistic information on state public policy and state government for use by opinion leaders, citizens, state and local government officials, educators, and scholars. The focus of these print and electronic publications, including the independent monthly magazine Illinois Issues, is to encourage informed and ethical decision-making by those entrusted with the public good; civic engagement; and activities that improve the quality of life for all.

In contributing to the university and Center's public affairs mission, The Center Publication unit provides editorial, marketing, and production support for outside agency projects.
