Agency Request for Information

We just completed second round interviews on June 4, 2008. We will process late agency requests for the 2008 fall term commencing September 1. The agency deadline to submit an intern request for the late hire process is August 1, 2008. Please click on the agency intern request forms menu option on the left.

“Our current GPSI intern was selected as the data manager for the IDPH – HIV/AIDS Surveillance Unit, which was in need of an intern with a proficient level of expertise with computers and computer software.  The intern has a keen understanding of the database systems that are vital to our programs, and has served as the unit’s liaison with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia.  We are pleased and very fortunate to have this GPSI intern as part of our unit.” Christine Lefler, Manager, Illinois Department of Public Health – HIV/AIDS Infectious Diseases Surveillance Unit
