Agency Intern Request Forms

The next cohort of GPSI interns begin placements on August 17, 2009. First round agency / applicant interviews were held April 16 and 17, 2009. Second round interviews were held June 18, 2009. We will process late hire agency requests starting September 1, 2009.

To request a GPSI intern, agencies must submit an intern request form, a skills ranking form, and a position description. For the hire process, agency forms are due August 1, 2009.
